Glass Staircase (phobia)

This interesting article “Architects in Glass Houses” is published in the New York Times. Imagine having a two-story glass staircase in your house, and one of the guests, whom you are proudly showing off your house, is too afraid to walk on the glass staircase! This is how the article started, and it caught my attention right away. I, personally, love the sculptural glass staircases, who doesn’t? However I am not so sure about having a glass staircase in my house. Yes, it looks great, but is it practical?

It’s cool, but I won’t surprised if any of my guests don’t want to go up stairs. That includes myself!
