If you have ever done any concrete coring you can obviously see the the water/concrete dust splattered on the bottom of the hole, on the wall, and on the bricks. I don't believe that it is a revision cloud, but I agree with Anday and it is for a utility shaft or a new opening for a chimney.</description>

		<description>i don't think this is not a detail target incident. this happens when the utility shafts can't be installed where they are originally planned. 

this kind of thing usually occurs in renovation projects, where the original structure of the building is used. (well, sort of.)</description>
