We are seeking talented architects with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our small team of architects and designers. **Responsibilities**
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and modifying architectural documents
- Overseeing and managing the entire project process under the guidance of our senior team members
- Developing solutions to technical and design problems
- Preparing 2D and 3D presentation and design drawings for client meetings and project team design review
- Procuring material samples
- Attending project design, client, and site meetings
- Working directly with contractors, consultants, and engineers to inform project development and design
| AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, MS Office, and Google Workspace |
| Excellent visualization skills and ability to work with a high-end aesthetic sensibility |
We are looking for architects who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program or higher
- 3-5+ professional experience from an architecture office with high-end residential projects in New York
- Active pursuit of licensure or licensed architect
