The surroundings are characterized by low-rise houses, with old, rundown yet beautiful Soviet-era vacation homes scattered throughout.
This is achieved through the use of natural materials like wood and stone, and by incorporating elements of the surrounding landscape into the design. The masterplan also emphasizes the importance of biodiversity and ecological balance. It features a network of interconnected pathways and green spaces, promoting biodiversity and encouraging sustainable practices.
