The company is expanding its presence to Nashville, TN, and is seeking a talented full-time Project Architect to join its team in this new location. ## The Role of a Project Architect

As a Project Architect at Bspk Design Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional design solutions for high-end residential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine design concepts

Conducting site analyses and creating design solutions that meet the client’s needs and goals

Preparing and presenting design proposals and presentations

Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

3+ years of experience in residential design and project management

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local building standards

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
