5+ years of experience in the field of sustainable design and construction, with a focus on net-zero energy buildings. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design software. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations, including the Utah Building Code and the International Energy Conservation Code. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ideal candidate able to think creatively and outside the box. Ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in managing projects from conception to completion.
