A Day In The Life
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Producing architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Developing preliminary designs into construction documents
- Reviewing and coordinating construction documents content with construction project managers and consultants
- Providing site and space planning for construction project managers
- Reviewing building code, local zoning, and park covenants
- Preparing presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
- Attending client meetings, coordinating with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
- Reviewing project scope with construction project managers
Necessary Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5-7 years of architectural project management experience
- Experience with manufacturing, data centers, industrial facilities, clean rooms/lab spaces, warehouse or commercial projects
- Design/build experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
