A Day In The Life

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

1. Producing architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
2. Developing preliminary designs into construction documents
3. Reviewing and coordinating construction documents content with construction project managers and consultants
4. Providing site and space planning for construction project managers
5. Reviewing building code, local zoning, and park covenants
6. Preparing presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
7. Attending client meetings, coordinating with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
8. Reviewing project scope with construction project managers

Necessary Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

1. 5-7 years of architectural project management experience
2. Experience with manufacturing, data centers, industrial facilities, clean rooms/lab spaces, warehouse or commercial projects
3. Design/build experience is a plus
4. Strong proficiency in Revit
5. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
