The project’s scope includes the construction of the hospital building, as well as the development of supporting infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and public transportation systems. Key features of the hospital include: + A 300-bed capacity + Comprehensive medical facilities, including emergency services, operating theaters, and specialized departments + State-of-the-art medical equipment and technology + A dedicated emergency department and ambulance services + A range of outpatient services, including diagnostic and treatment facilities

The Selection Process

The selection process for this contract was highly competitive, with five firms applying for the tender. The process involved a thorough evaluation of each firm’s capabilities, experience, and qualifications. The evaluation criteria included factors such as:
