More Specs Less Specs Text description provided by the architects. The project is located on Green Cape, Batumi, Georgia, one of the most attractive seaside resorts on the Black Sea coast. The site sits within lush vegetation overlooking the sea and is easily accessible from the main road. The neighboring Batumi Botanical Garden, with its unique flora, adds to the charm. The surroundings are characterized by low-rise houses, with old, rundown yet beautiful Soviet-era vacation homes scattered throughout.

This is achieved through the use of natural materials like wood and stone, and by incorporating elements of the surrounding landscape into the design. The masterplan also emphasizes the importance of biodiversity and ecological balance. It features a network of interconnected pathways and green spaces, promoting biodiversity and encouraging sustainable practices.

It offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, and a spa. The Green Cape House of Wellness is a testament to the commitment of the developer to providing a holistic approach to wellness. It is a place where residents can relax, rejuvenate, and escape the stresses of daily life.

**A. Efficient Design for a Sustainable Urban Oasis**
**B.

This approach allowed for a maximum utilization of the limited space and minimized the impact on the surrounding environment. The design also addressed the heavy traffic and pedestrian flow, ensuring smooth and efficient movement within the complex. This was achieved through the use of a central courtyard, a pedestrian bridge, and strategically placed walkways.
