As an interior designer at S9 Architecture, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating on preliminary designs and producing visualizations from 3D models that reflect the proposed finishes floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and FF&E
• Helping document design concepts for interior design and space planning
• Assisting with design presentations, mood boards, and material boards/binders to help convey the look and feel of design concepts to clients
• Preparing design specifications and coordinating with project architects and project managers to ensure project completion in compliance with design intent
• Collaborating with a supportive team on exciting, diverse projects and assisting on interior design scope including space planning, furnishings, material selection, and color coordination

**Requirements**
To join our team, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related design field
• 0-5 years of experience in architecture or interiors, with a focus on interior design
• Strong conceptual design skills and enthusiasm for developing new ideas
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Rhino, and Enscape, with knowledge of Revit and V-Ray preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet fast-paced and changing deadlines
