Our boutique Architecture and Interior Design firm, SheltonMindel℠, is renowned for its high-end residential designs, spanning across the US and Europe. We are seeking talented architects with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our small team of architects and designers. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including bespoke residential design, commercial spaces, offices, interior design, and product design. **Benefits Package**

**Responsibilities**
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and modifying architectural documents
Overseeing and managing the entire project process under the guidance of our senior team members
Developing solutions to technical and design problems
Preparing 2D and 3D presentation and design drawings for client meetings and project team design review
Procuring material samples
Attending project design, client, and site meetings
Working directly with contractors, consultants, and engineers to inform project development and design

Technical Skills

Aesthetic Sensibilities

Required Proficiency
AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, MS Office, and Google Workspace
Excellent visualization skills and ability to work with a high-end aesthetic sensibility

We are looking for architects who possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program or higher
3-5+ professional experience from an architecture office with high-end residential projects in New York
Active pursuit of licensure or licensed architect
