As a seasoned professional in the construction industry, you have the opportunity to lead the HSE & Construction Team as a sponsor for the Mental Health Committee of the Consortium. This role involves not only promoting mental health awareness but also ensuring the well-being of your team members. By taking on this leadership position, you will be able to:

  • Develop and implement mental health initiatives and programs
  • Foster a culture of open communication and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote mental health awareness
  • Provide resources and training for team members
  • Negotiating Field Changes and Terms**

    As a sponsor, you will also be responsible for negotiating field changes and terms with Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants (RMTC) and material suppliers.

    Collaborated with architects and engineers to develop a sustainable and energy-efficient building design. Developed a comprehensive plan for a luxury hotel in Dubai, UAE, incorporating cutting-edge technology and innovative materials. Designed and implemented a smart home system for a high-profile client in Mumbai, India.
